Day 4 – Luxembourg > Germany > Munich
Today is the busiest yet bored day. Yesterday night before I sleep, I suddenly found that I left my camera charger in previous hotel… what a bad day the whole world electric thingy is against me. Then I charge it with LSY multi-battery charger. So I try to get one here if possible. So in the evening when we reach Munich City to see the town, I and LSY run from the beginning to the end of street trying to get one. But… fail… that is what made me so busy today looking for charger. Luckily at the end, a guy from mechanical name lai keat able to borrow me his battery charger. Thanks and you are so kind. What a good experiences running on the street like in the movie…:-P
Back to this morning, the most bored day was sitting on the bus for so long to go from Luxembourg to Germany and to Munich city. We went to Heideinburg which is a very real small town and finally there is cheaper ais-cream, I try a new flavor call choc canto, it’s the mix of choc and alcohol. Taste much similar to what Alvin made for me in Marrybone. That remind me of him from how we meet, “enjoy” the trip, till the end of the day we depart from Marrybone. What a sweet memory in Liverpool ya. Its only a while in the city and we head to Bavaria, the place where BMW are born… it’s a small, peace, polite, real clean and rich city, everyone here enjoy their life with beers. Here, a cup of beers are at least 0.5 liter. People here enjoy decorating their house, drinking at night, and enjoy dancing. What a peace city that all of them can sit in a hall to drink at night. There is a statue call Elizabeth where it means to bless the love one. One must hold her breast to get blessed in their love journey… haha… first time hold women breast in public to take photo. In Bavaria, we meet Shirley, Chloe, Sze Mun, Shu Juan and CSK. So happy they wishes me early birthday and lots kisses because scare cannot meet each other on my birthday in Rome. So so so damn damn regret did not join them for the same bus. Haiz. Hope to meet them la. Without them in my journey is so so damn fucking boring with LSY. We don’t really have thing to share.
At the end, finally back to hotel and this hotel only look good but seem empty, the most incredible is, the hotel bathroom have no even a pieces of plastic to cover any part of my body. Huh… fully transparent and we see each other bathing… feel a bit weird but couple will love this. Haha. So the boys can have something extra for their holiday. Have been invited by Chrislyn to have some beers later… she is really incredible, fantastic, bombastic, beautiful, elegant, yet nice. Real look like my mum in younger age. Should let her see my mum photo… haha… and yet Brittany another crazy girls only 20 years old, but have damn cute faces who look so pretty and natural in any direction in anyway. Wow. Why can’t I look like one of them… haiz… sleep la… balik have to keep fit.
Day 5-Germany > Austria > Vernizia
Receive birthday wishes and birthday card from Elaine… surprise and so damn touch. Still there is no wireless for me to upload and send my email. Today was extreme cold in the morning. We went to BMW museum in Germany. It’s just a small museum but made us wait an hour outside in the morning in damn cold rain. Salute Brit with her cold pant… so crazy, how she can stand that freezing cold weather? After visit the museum, we went straight to Austria. It takes around 2 hour to reach Austria. Along the road, Snow Mountain can be seen with greenish farm all over. Feel calm and cold. In Austria, we went to the world famous Swaroski crystal museum, the crystal is so nice but expensive. How I wish to buy one… but… haiz… and later on we take 6 hour journey to reach Vernizia, Italy. This city is not a very safe city where it was control by the ‘so call gangster’, thing are expensive because of those control. Today is just a normal day but at least seen the snow mountain la, but Switzerland will be much better.
Day 6-Venezia, Italy
The excitement of Europe trip finally started today. Venezia is a nice place where it was the only city that was called “water city”, means it will flood anytime as it was build just above the sea. There is also the only place to try gondola boat but the weather are quite sunny and hot (around 29 degree) but it’s not bad as Malaysia. A lot of tourists are there for this unique city, also the first time I being surround by a lot of Peugeot. It’s nice to be surrounded although it’s grey and white Peugeot. The pathway, building, gondola, view was so nice but the time given was too short that we only be given total of 3 hour for the whole Venezia visit plus the ride in gondola. We also have a nice time on the way and back from Venezia back to bus in the ferry. That is so great. Later on, we spend 9 hours in bus depart from Venezia to Rome. We have our dinner ourselves today, the most expensive vegetable salad I had but it’s already the cheapest. It cost me 5 euro. Trying to find a spectacle to replace my broken spec but fail. So regret did not get it in Holland for only 1 euro each. Now all I see at least 10 euro plus it’s not nice. Tomorrow as well will be another busy day because places that we went are getting excited, but at the same time expensive. In the bus, keep recall what happen in Liverpool for the past 3 months, those happy, sad, alone, sweet and pressure, it’s all over now. Time flies that this is already almost half of the time in the trip. Can’t wait for the day to fly back Malaysia.
Day 7-Rome
Incredible day, full of excitement, laughter, high, tired, sunny and it’s a real great holiday. I LOVE ITALY. Our journey cover 9 places in Rome today which included Basilica S. Pierto in Vertican city, follow by Castel Sant Angelo, Ponte Sant’ Angelo, P.zza Novona, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Barberini, Monuments a Vittorio Emanuel II,
And Colosseo. I just can’t describe how beautiful, romance, and religious all these places are. It’s simply BRAVO.
Basilica S. Pierto was real an amaze building with its meaningful design of building where the rounded shape of top represent the hug of mother while each statue above the building is the guardian for everyone, both fountain in front of the building is the breast that give the life of baby, and the centre was full of art in the heart of every god.
Castel Sant Angelo and Ponte Sant’ Angelo was just beside to each other and its call the place of angel where the statues is the god of protect.
P.zza Novona, Pantheon is both a nice place of building but we just stay for a while there. Pantheon was a temple for Italian and 6 of us (me, Brittany, Nancy, LSY, Felicia and a funny guy-forget the name) had our delicious yummy seafood pasta nearby which cost me 15pound for a bread, a plate of pasta, and a small coke. EXPENSIVE but no harm have a try since I am in Italy already.
Next, Fontana di Trevi, this is so called the fountain of angel where all people make a wish there for a better life. It was again extreme beautiful here. I make 3 wishes… which are… (Secret). Hope it can come true ya.
Monuments a Vittorio Emanuel II, Colosseo and Republica were the last 3 places we visit. Monuments a Vittorio Emanuel II is the places to appreciate the king of Italy where we are able to see the whole ROME from up the building. The building was gorgeous and the view is simply amazing. Colosseo was another magic in the world that show how brilliant Italian in architecture. And lastly we had our dinner in Republica where our lovely funny tour guide treat each table 2 bottle of wine and everyone get high and bring up the atmosphere. Finally the Holiday started!!! I love mixing with Brittany and Felicia. Both of them are simply nice and cool. We take a lot of picture until all cameras run out of battery in the night. What a tired day that we walk non-stop from 9am until 7pm but its greater than just sit in the bus and do city sightseeing.
Day 8-Fluorence, Italy
It was another incredible day. What a wonderful birthday I will ever had in my life. Its in ITALY!!! Romance!!! Today we went to Florence and Pisa today, the visit is as usual with lots of building of art, but it was Bravo because of those surprise, it first started when I meet Chloe, Shirley, Sze Mun and Shu Juan, they gave me a black triangle as present and lots of kisses, second, I receive a sparkling love bracelet from Chrislyn when out of Pisa. When reach the bus, LSY give me a pair of earring that she brought from venezia and a cup of ais-cream as birthday cake. Another guy name Ah Yee, brought me another triangle. Lastly, Suet Ying surprise me when she ask the whole bus to sing birthday song for me. Thanks so much for all the wishes, kisses, present, songs and surprise. I real have a great time today. And at night, I receive lots of sms for the wishes. Thanks Ian for the greeting. Real Sweet Dream I will ever had today.
